At the end of your 14-day free trial, your CookieScan account will remain active, but the cookie banner will be disabled until you subscribe. All your settings, scans, and customisations will be saved, so you can continue where you left off once you activate a paid subscription. If you choose not to subscribe, your account will be closed after a set period, and your data will be deleted in line with our retention policy.
The auto-subscribe option ensures uninterrupted service by automatically upgrading your account to a paid subscription at the end of your 14-day free trial. If this option is enabled, your payment details will be processed, and your subscription will continue without any disruption to your cookie banner or compliance settings.
You can manage or disable the auto-subscribe feature at any time from your account settings. If auto-subscribe is turned off, your cookie banner will be disabled at the end of the trial unless you manually activate a subscription.
